Rosé di Adele is actually a love story. Elio, father of the current owner of the winery, Fabio Sireci, build a rose garden for his beloved wife Adele. This Rose is created from the Nerello Mascalese grapes with similar love and passion.

600 meters above sea level, located in the heart of Sicily the Nerello Mascalese vines grow. The grape is uncommon for this region. With flavours of roses, white blossoms pomegrenate and wild strawberrys this fresh Rosé is a perfect match for Antipasti, seafood joung and soft cheese.
